An Honor of the Highest Caliber

Keyarra Bassett, Staff

The National Honor Society Induction is a ceremony to celebrate the academically successful and welcome them into National Honor Society, but beyond that it is a special moment every member thinks of fondly. NHS President Liliana Valdez (12) explains, “For me personally, it’s special because it’s a milestone. It’s something new inductees have worked hard to accomplish.” The induction holds a special place in current members hearts as well. Liliana shares, “As a senior it’s great to see others do what I did two years ago. It really shows that this tradition will last long after I’m gone.”
